Where most homeschool tools do one thing (a planner, a gradebook, a portfolio binder), Rosie’sHQ is the operating system that runs the entire homeschool. One daily log flows through every downstream record — attendance, grades, state compliance, and the eventual college transcript — so nothing has to be reconstructed at year-end.

Rosie’sHQ is homeschool management software — a broader category than a “homeschool planner” or “homeschool tracker.” Homeschool management software administers every workflow in a homeschool: scheduling, curriculum inventory, attendance rosters, gradebooks, compliance records, and transcripts. It’s the software equivalent of a small school’s administrative dashboard, scaled to a single family. In modern SaaS terminology it’s also called an all-in-one homeschool platform or a homeschool operating system.

Who Rosie’sHQ is for

Rosie’sHQ is built for U.S. homeschool families. It’s especially useful for families with three or more children, families in high-regulation states (Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Florida, North Dakota, Vermont), homeschool high school families building a college-ready transcript, roadschool and RV families, and umbrella / charter families with weekly compliance submissions. Single-child families in no-regulation states can absolutely use it too — many do — but the value compounds with complexity.

Rosie’sHQ is organizational software. We ship state-by-state compliance dashboards with current statute references and 1-click PDFs, but we are not attorneys and we don’t provide legal advice. For contested compliance situations — custody disputes, district challenges, IEP retention questions — we recommend HSLDA membership or a local homeschool attorney.
